HOW DO I KNOW IF WE ARE A GOOD FIT?

I offer free 15 minute phone consultations so we can get to know one another and you can ask questions.

DO YOU TAKE INSURANCE?

No, I do not. I can give you a "Superbill" at the end of the month that you can submit to your insurance yourself for reimbursement if your policy covers therapy.

DO YOU OFFER TELEHEALTH?

I offer both in person and telehealth sessions via Zoom for clients within the state of California.
